ORDER INFORMATION

By ordering from smokeandhookahoutlet.com, you also agree that smokeandhookahoutlet.com has up to 10 business days to ship your merchandise out of our facilities. Once an order has been shipped, you will be notified by email with tracking information that has been received and provided from UPS or USPS. We are not responsible for early shipping or delayed shipping. We do not cover lost or stolen packages that appear delivered but are not located. Only $100 of the package is covered by UPS and USPS if it arrives damaged or is lost. Please get in touch with us if you would like to add more insurance to your plan; otherwise, we cannot promise that you will get your money back in full when a dispute is made.  SMOKE&HOOKAH OUTLET shipping services does not cover stolen packages. * All Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday***
